Sandberg Development’s Graduate Programme

Sandberg Development aims to improve sustainable and commercial solutions and to create new ones for the future. To realise this, we need to recruit future leaders and talent for key positions. That is why in autumn of 2023, we are launching the first Sandberg Development Future Talent Program, where we are looking for recently graduated candidates with an academic degree in business or technology for fixed-term employment in the Group.
