Sandberg Valley - our own innovation neighbourhood
Since the 1980s, Sandberg Development has been rooted in Jägersro, Malmö. Through growth, property acquisitions, and new developments, the group has continually expanded, and today we have our own innovation neighbourhood: Sandberg Valley. Here you will find several of our portfolio companies, a corporate restaurant, and modern meeting facilities. Covering more than 26,000 sqm, the district fosters knowledge exchange, collaboration, and innovation while providing an inspiring workplace.
The new headquarters at Jägershillgatan 26, designed by architect Johan Sandberg and inaugurated in early 2025, reflects nature’s forests and mountains with oak portals, integrated environmental lighting, and expansive glass partitions. Sandberg Development shares the building with subsidiaries Aimpoint R&D, GAIM, Rescue Intellitech, and SWATAB. The headquarters offers workspace for around 170 employees and includes offices, meeting rooms, a gym, demo facilities for GAIM, Rescue Intellitech, and SWATAB, as well as clean rooms for Aimpoint. The rooftop solar panels will generate 500 kWp.

The inauguration of the new property marks an important milestone for Sandberg Development and reaffirms our confidence in Malmö as a base for innovation and growth.
