The Laughter, the Togetherness, and the Celebration: How We Celebrate at Sandberg Development

At Sandberg Development, we are experts at finding reasons to celebrate. There is always an anniversary, new premises, or new records worth recognizing. The joy, the sense of togetherness, and the desire to celebrate our successes are an important part of the Sandberg spirit. I believe I speak for all of us when I say that it is a privilege to have an owner who is happy to give a speech, but even happier to raise a glass.

Even in Gunnar Sandberg’s time, we placed great importance on Christmas parties for employees, a tradition of generosity that has been passed down through the years. Until just over 10 years ago, these celebrations were held in our own restaurant at Jägersro. But just as the Group has grown, so too have the parties. They are generous and extensive, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to find venues large enough to accommodate all of us. The party committee, which includes Carina Andersson, Per Sandberg, myself, and the stars at the event agency Byrå 52, begins planning the next celebration almost as soon as the previous one has been cleared away.
