This week, we are excited to welcome the third group of graduates to the Sandberg Development Graduate Program!

Sandberg Development Graduate Program is designed for engineers and business graduates looking to kickstart their careers, with their journey beginning at Sandberg Valley.

All graduates will take on a project-based role within one of our companies, with the opportunity to lead real projects connected to some of society’s most critical sectors: water, safety, and quality of life. Alongside their assignments, they will participate in an innovation and leadership program in collaboration with EFL Executive Education.
