Since 1987, Rekal has developed and delivered hygiene and cleaning solutions for professional kitchens within the hotel and restaurant industry, industry, and the public sector. With in house production, the company offers chemical products, dosing equipment, as well as service and training to ensure high hygiene standards and efficient dish room operations.

Rekal’s solutions are eco labelled, including the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, Bra Miljöval, and the EU Ecolabel, and are continuously developed with a focus on sustainability, quality, and ease of use. The company has its own service organisation and operates across the Nordic and Baltic regions. As part of Sandberg Development, Rekal contributes to complete solutions for the professional dishroom.
