Watersprint was founded in 2013 in Lund and is a pioneer in mercury-free water disinfection using UVC LED technology. The company develops systems that inactivate harmful microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and protozoa to make water safe to drink. With its patented technology, Watersprint provides robust, flexible, and cost-efficient water disinfection solutions for both point-of-use and point-of-entry applications. Customers include manufacturers of bottle filling systems and water dispensers, homeowners with private wells, as well as both manufacturers and users of recreational vehicles and boats. The vision is that everyone should have access to safe water in a sustainable way.
