Sandberg Development wants to actively contribute to more sustainable social development where everyone gets the opportunity to grow and develop. We share our time, knowledge, and engagement to strengthen people and projects we are passionate about.
Drivkraft Malmö
Since May 2024, Sandberg Development has been a collaboration partner to Drivkraft Malmö, an organization that gives children and young people, in all parts of society, better conditions for a successful and secure future. Drivkraft Malmö stands on three legs: mentorship for students, for their parents, and homework help at a large number of schools.

Star for Life
For several years, Sandberg Development has supported Star for Life and its educational programs in high schools in South Africa. Star for Life strives to strengthen students' self-esteem and motivate them to invest in education. Star for Life is today present in nearly 90 schools in South Africa, Namibia, and Tanzania. Sandberg Development is engaged in the charity organization Hand in Hand, which combats poverty by encouraging and training women and young people in entrepreneurship. Evy & Gunnar Sandberg’s Foundation for Support of Medical Research
Between 2006 and 2016, the foundation distributed a total of 40 million SEK to, among others, the Medical History Museum in Lund, the Urology Clinic, the Department of Clinical Memory Research, and the Medical Faculty (Locus Medicus Malmoensis – a common space for medical students in Malmö).
Other social engagements
Sandberg Development also regularly contributes to charity organizations such as the Cancer Foundation, Heart-Lung Foundation, Save the Children, Red Cross, UNHCR, SOS Children's Villages, Children's Cancer Foundation, Stadsmissionen Skåne, and Unicef.
Additionally, Sandberg Development continuously supports regional and local sports associations such as Malmö FF, Malmö Redhawks, HK Malmö, and FC Rosengård. Sandberg Development is also exclusive sponsor for the hospital visits to children's wards at Skåne University Hospital in Malmö and Lund, which Malmö Redhawks conducts. The hospital visits are part of Malmö Redhawks' social engagement that goes under the name #MerÄnHockey.
