What is the Sandberg Development Graduate Program?

Sandberg Development Graduate Program is a trainee program for both engineers and economists who want to kickstart their careers. The program offers a tailored role in one of our portfolio companies, while you attend an innovation and leadership program.

Here you get the opportunity to work with reality-based tasks and challenges that the Sandberg Development group faces. This means that during the program you will work on a project where, in dialogue with your supervisor, you can influence and shape both focus and approach. In addition to your project work, you will also get the opportunity to try several different tasks in the company to get a comprehensive view of the business. A dedicated team follows and coaches you throughout the program.

Innovation and leadership training

As part of our Graduate Program, an innovation and leadership training is included, in collaboration with EFL. The training is tailored to suit innovation- and technology-driven companies operating in a global market and aims to strengthen both your self-leadership and leadership ability. You also deepen your knowledge in project management, business development, financial management, and communication. The training takes place in module form parallel to your work.
