Sandberg Valley

Sandberg Development had had its roots in Jägersro in Malmö since the 1980s. The area is in continuous development as result of expansion, property acquisitions and investments in new builds, and the company’s own innovation neighbourhood can now be found here. Sandberg Valley now covers an area of about 25,000 square metres. Several of the Group’s subsidiaries, a shared restaurant and meeting rooms are located here.

A decision was made in 2022 to demolish the Jägershillgatan 26 property to construct a new building for Sandberg Development, RESCUE Intellitech, GAIM and SWATAB. The new property was designed by Johan Sandberg and is scheduled to be completed by 2024. In the meantime, the companies can be found on Agnesfridsvägen 113.
