What is Sandberg Development Graduate Program?

The Sandberg Development Graduate Program is a trainee program designed for both candidates with an academic degree in engineering or business to kickstart their careers. Here, you'll have a tailored role in one of our subsidiary companies while participating in an innovation and leadership program.

Over the course of 12 months, you'll have the opportunity to work on real life challenges and tasks that the Sandberg Development Group is facing. During the program you will be working on a specific project where you, in dialogue with your supervisor, have the chance to influence and shape the project's focus and structure. In addition, to your project work, you'll also have the opportunity to try out various tasks within the company to gain a comprehensive understanding of its operations. A dedicated team will follow and coach you throughout the program.

Focus areas
During 2024/25, the trainee program focuses on Software Development, Business Development, Digitization and Mechanical Engineering. The focus is also on UX design and Software Architecture. At Sandberg Development, we are flexible and open to multiple perspectives, and you will therefore be encouraged to share your suggestions and solutions to our challenges – we are as eager to learn from you as you are from us.

Innovation and leadership training
The Graduate Program also includes an innovation and leadership training program, in collaboration with EFL, which is tailored to suit innovation and technology-driven companies operating on a global market. The aim is to strengthen your leadership skills, but above all to strengthen your self-leadership. You will also deepen your knowledge of project management, business development, financial management, and communication. The module form training program runs in parallel with your work.
